Biographical Information

Sister Mary Jane Kirchner (Sister Jane), R.S.M., MA, PhD, was a graduate of Our Lady of Cincinnati College. She assumed the presidency of Our Lady of Cincinnati in February 1969. Under her leadership, the college was renamed Edgecliff College and in 1970 became coeducational. She served as president until May 31, 1973. After her presidency, she withdrew from the Sisters of Mercy and married.
