Abstract
My presentation is over the affects of needle exchanges and the spread of Hepatitis C, the presentation will cover from 2013 to 2017. The data will be broken down by year and state and will include the number of new acute Hepatitis C cases. The presentation will compare states that have allowed needle exchanges vs states that did not allow needle exchanges. States that allow needle exchanges should see a lower rate of Hepatitis C per 100,000 people compared to states that don't allow them.
