Historical Bibles
University Archives and Special Collections in Xavier University Library houses a unique collection of historical bibles. The collection includes two manuscript bibles, a leaf of a Gutenberg bible (1450-1455), a Rheims bible (1582), a Douai bible (1609), a King James bible (1611), and many other important translations and editions. The collection was formed through significant donations and library purchases. This digital gallery features highlights from the collection.
