Abstract
Within community mental health agencies, client satisfaction surveys are distributed to the consumers of services and used to evaluate individual programs as well as the agency as a whole. This study explores the relationship between client satisfaction scores and client involvement in multiple programs at a community mental health agency. Specifically, it examines whether clients who receive both case management and psychiatric services report higher levels of client satisfaction compared to clients who only receive case management services. Twenty client satisfaction surveys were sampled and analyzed, ten being from clients who are enrolled in case management and ten being from clients who are enrolled in both case management and psychiatry. The study aims to contribute to a better understanding of how multidisciplinary service involvement may influence client satisfaction.
