Abstract

In the age-old profession of law, the new and ever-growing field of analytics has reshaped traditional approaches and brought forth innovation in law firms. Analytics has already been leveraged to build machine models that assist lawyers in case research and document drafting, but what is the future? As more uses develop, the efficiency of those in the law profession will most likely increase as the mundane tasks will become more automated. This research will be discovering the current applications of analytics in the law profession while exploring its potential uses in the future.
