Description

Funeral prayer card for Remi Belleperche, 1890-1965. The front of the card has a photograph of Father Belleperche. The back of the card contains biographical information and a prayer for the repose of his soul. This card was made by an unknown publisher. He was a professor of Latin and history at Xavier University (Cincinnati, Ohio).

(Back) In Memory of Rev. Remi J. Belleperche, S.J. Born April 24, 1890 Entered Society of Jesus September 6, 1910 Ordained June 27, 1923 Died August 31, 1965 Prayer. O God, by Whose favor Thy servant, Remi, was raised to the sacred dignity of the Priesthood and thus honored with apostolic functions, grant we beseech Thee, that he may be admitted to the eternal fellowship of Thy Apostles in heaven. Through Christ our Lord. Amen. May he rest in peace. Amen.
